Ski Magazine has ranked Stowe Resort in the top 10 in eight different categories of excellence in
its newest edition. The ranking system, compiled by the magazine's readership, found Stowe to
be the No. 1 option for resort, dining and lodging in the eastern United States.
The resort was also rated No.2 in all of eastern North America, behind only Mt. Tremblant in
Quebec. Stowe received more favorable ranking dealing with ski activities, being
ranked No. 3 in challenge, No. 4 in apres ski life, and No. 6 in both on-mountain food and
